The invention relates to the urology, namely to the method for treating urine incontinence by reinforcing the sphincter of the urinary bladder with the implant. The proposed method provides for the endoscope delivery of the implant towards the submucous layer of the distal urethra. The suspension of the autologous smooth muscle cells is used as the implant. The growth factor selected among TGF-beta, epidermal or insuline-like growth factors is used. The point of the implant delivery correspond to the positions of 2, 6 and 10 hours.
