Injectable medicament preparation comprising ethanol having a purity of 70-99 vol.%, preferably 90-99 vol.% to obtain a sclerotic effect and a liposoluble compound i.e. partially opaque to X-rays, comprises an ethanol soluble compound having a viscosity of 10-700 cP, preferably 90-350 cP at 25[deg]C to obtain a gel with embolic effect. ACTIVITY : Vasotropic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
