#CMT# #/CMT# The oven has air outlet passages arranged in an upper part and a lower part of a bottom wall of a cavity in a front face. A compartment (8) adjacent to the rear of the cavity comprises four air deflectors (14) disposed around a helix (13) of a ventilation system. The deflectors divide the space comprised in the compartment into four parts. The position and orientation of the deflectors depend on charge loss as well as geometry of the compartment and the cavity. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for cooking food. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The air deflectors permit to deviate the air circulation in specific zones according to the position and section of air outlet passages, thus permitting to control the speed, direction, air flow and temperature in the cavity and assuring a homogeneous heating in the cavity. The air deflectors permit to fabricate an oven without a rotating plate, and assure uniform cooking of food. The design of the oven presents an increased ventilation and uniform heating in the cavity for high air exit rate, and permits to ventilate large volume cavities.
