<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform printing based on the latest data after update to fixed time of day even when one organized printed matter is created by sharing it by a plurality of users in an image forming apparatus connected via a network. <P>SOLUTION: In a printing task, printing time of day, a printing order in data of the printed matter and priority of the respective printing tasks are set (#1). After that, a control part 9 accepts submission and editing of the data of the printed matter in its form (#2). The submitted data and the edited data are stored in a memory 7 and when set time comes (YES in #3), the printing is started in the printing order set in the printing task based on the latest data stored in the memory 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
