PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom part-separable container removal apparatus in which a bottom part-separable container whose bottom part is separated is removed from a transportation route before the apparatus is loaded to the inspection process. SOLUTION: The bottom part-separable container removal apparatus 1 comprises holding means 7, 14, and 26 switchable between holding state that a part different from the bottom part of a container BT is held and non-holding state that the container BT is not held with the container BT held by the holding means 7, 14, and 26; transportation means 6, 7, 14, 26 capable of transporting the container BT along the transportation route R including a bottom part-un-supporting regionθ2 wherein the bottom part of the container BT is not supported; a detection means 20 for detecting the separation of the bottom part BT in the bottom part-un-supporting regionθ2; and a holding switching means 31 for switching the holding state of the container BT whose bottom part separation is detected by the detection means 20 in a manner that the container BT is released from the holding means 7, 14, 26.
