<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which assures excellent manufacturing property and is well controlled in the occurrence of uneven coloring. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device comprises a base material provided with a recess, a light emitting element provided within the recess, and a light controlling means which is formed integrally with above elements; includes a lens unit arranged on the recess and a non-lens unit formed around the lens unit; and is also formed in the structure that the lens unit contains the fluorescent material in the quantity larger than that in the non-lens unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
