<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing printed waste paper pulp from colored waste paper or the like through effectively removing tacky foreign matter to enable the quality of the finished product to be improved and waste paper basic unit to be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing printed paper pulp is provided.
