PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device, improving supply responsiveness in the case of supplying pressure oil from a second pressure oil discharge port to a pressure oil requiring part. SOLUTION: This hydraulic control device includes: a first pressure oil discharge port 56, a second pressure oil discharge port 57, a primary regulator valve 62 supplied with the pressure oil discharged from the first pressure oil discharge port 56; and pressure oil requiring parts 93, 95 supplied with pressure oil discharged from the primary regulator valve 62, wherein the pressure oil discharged from the second pressure oil discharge port 57 is supplied to the pressure oil requiring parts 93, 95. The device further includes by-pass circuits 109, 110 for supplying the pressure oil discharged from the second pressure oil discharge port 57 to the pressure oil requiring parts 93, 94 not through the primary regulator valve 62.
