MARINE TRANSPORTATION MONITORING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine transportation monitoring system accomplishing safe marine transportation by monitoring the fixing state of a large sized transportation article fixed on a deck of a transportation base vessel towed by a towing vessel and marine-transported. SOLUTION: Acceleration Gr acted on the large sized transportation article 1 during marine transportation is measured by an acceleration measuring device 6 mounted to the large sized transportation article 1 and the measured acceleration Gr data are transmitted/received through radio LAN 9a, 9c and are inputted to an information processing device 10 installed on the towing vessel 3. The data are compared with previously inputted allowance acceleration Gn data and propriety of the fixing state of the large sized transportation article 1 is determined. The towing vessel 3 is operated according to the determination result displayed on a display device at real time and measurement acceleration Gr is reduced by changing a direction of a speed of the transportation base vessel 2.
