PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a two-wheeler capable of maintaining riding comfort, and superior in steering stability performance during a turn when the body of the two-wheeler is widely inclined. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 10 for the two-wheeler comprises a bead core 20, a bead part 18, a carcass 16, a spiral belt layer 22 arranged outside in the tire radial direction of the carcass, and a tread 28 arranged outside in the tire radial direction of the spiral belt layer 22. When it is defined that the tread consideration of the tread 28 between the tire equatorial plane CL (point C) and an end of the tread 28 (point A) is L, an inclined belt layer 24 with a plurality of cords inclined at the angle of 30-90°with respect to the tire circumferential direction being embedded in a cover rubber is arranged between a point P away from the point A to the point C by L/3 along the tread and a point Q away from the point C to the point A by L/6 along the tread.
