<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector with a grounding plate in which displacement for contact between the grounding plates is ensured and insertion and pulling out of the connector can be carried out smoothly. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric connector with the grounding plate in which when fitted into the counterpart connector 30, the grounding plate crosses a counterpart grounding plate 36 of the counter part connector 30 so that a lattice shape is made and so that a contact part 12C of a signal terminal 12 is positioned in the respective lattice spaces, the contact part 12C of the signal terminal 12 has a plate face at right angles to a face of the counterpart contact part 34A corresponding to the counterpart signal terminal 34 and is formed at an elastic arm part 12B flexible in the plate face, and at a part advancing into the respective slits 38 of the counterpart grounding plate 36, the grounding plate 13 has a plurality of different elastic pieces 18, 20 in which crimping parts 18B, 20B that are separately and elastically contacted respectively with the opposing inner faces of the respective slits have been formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
