<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scan driving circuit used for an electroluminescence display. <P>SOLUTION: Each stage of the scan driving circuit includes a first transistor (M1) which has its gate terminal connected to a first clock terminal and inputs a starting input signal (IN1 or IN2) or an output signal (gi) from a prior stage, a second transistor (M2) which has its gate terminal connected to the output terminal of the first transistor and is connected to a second clock terminal and an output line, a third transistor (M3) which has its gate terminal connected to a first clock terminal and is connected between a second power source (VSS) and a first node (N1), a fourth transistor (M4) which has its gate terminal connected to the output terminal of the first transistor and is connected between the first clock terminal and first node, and a fifth transistor (M5) which has its gate terminal connected to the first node and is connected between a first power source (VDD) and the output line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
