COATED FABRIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated fabric having designability with excellent durability and to provide a method for producing the coated fabric.

SOLUTION: The coated fabric is obtained by coating the one surface of a fiber fabric with a first resin layer which is a porous material consisting essentially of a polyurethane resin in the form of non-whole surface and coating the top surface thereof with a second resin layer consisting essentially of the polyurethane resin in the form of the whole surface. The method for producing the coated fabric comprises a first step of carrying out dry coating of the one surface of the fiber fabric with a polymer solution containing the polyurethane resin and a foaming agent in the form of the non-whole surface, a second step of foaming the foaming agent by a heat treatment and a third step of carrying out dry coating or wet coating of the top surface thereof with a polymer solution containing the polyurethane resin in the form of the whole surface.
