PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat having a structure to be stored on a floor which is adaptable to various vehicle types, and highly versatile. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat has a structure in which a rear seat S is provided on a rear floor 22 located on an upper stage, the rear seat S is turnably supported via supporting leg parts 10, and a seatback 2 of the rear seat S is turned to the forward side of a vehicle in an overlapping state on a seat cushion 1, forwardly collapsed, placed on a front floor 21 and stored. A seat frame 1a is provided on the seat cushion 1, and a shock-absorbing member 15 is provided on the floor side of the seat frame 1a. A bracket 13 protruded on the seat cushion 1 side when the supporting leg parts 10 are collapsed on the front floor 21 side is arranged on the supporting leg parts 10.
