PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which is thin and excellent in flexibility and mechanical strength and has uniform physical properties and in which a fiber sheet and a resin are compounded uniformly. SOLUTION: The composite sheet comprises the fiber sheet 2μm or less in average discharge hole diameter made of organic extra-fine fibers which are obtained from organic components and have an average fiber diameter of 1μm or less and the resin and has an area in which the fiber sheet and the resin are mixed.
