PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, a program and a recording medium by which the game can be prevented from becoming monotonous. SOLUTION: When BB is internally won, a reel stopping period of time T is determined by a lottery. When a stop button is depressed, a controlling section and a reel driving controller execute a special stopping control. In the special stopping control, decelerating periods of time for first to third reels change depending on the number of drawing frames, and the reel stopping period of time T becomes uniform regardless of the number of the drawing frames. Therefore, the speeds of the first to third reels change depending on the number of the drawing frames from the depression of the stop button to the stoppages of the first to third reels, and a game player can sense that the BB is internally won.
