PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink unit for a printer suitable even for a printing ink having a viscosity only relatively weakly depending upon a temperature and having an ink metering mechanism divided into ink zones. SOLUTION: The ink unit comprises a screen roller 1, and the ink metering mechanism 9 divided into ink zones A, B and C. The mechanism 9 belongs to the roller 1 to meter the ink at each zone on the roller 1. The mechanism 9 has metering members 11, 12 and 13 movably disposed and assigned to the respective zones A, B and C. |
