<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel monoclonal antibody and a hybridoma producing the monoclonal antibody, and to provide an immunological quantitative method using the monoclonal antibody that does not require a dilution operation at a high magnification, can detect by a short-time reaction and is free from a false-positive reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The found-out monoclonal antibody reacts with a neoantigen newly appearing in a molecule of a soluble fibrinogen-fibronectin composite while does not react with human fibrinogen or human fibronectin. By using one or a combination of two of these monoclonal antibodies, the soluble fibrinogen-fibronectin composite in plasma can be specifically measured promptly and correctly without requiring a dilution operation at a high magnification and yet without hindrance by fibrinogen, various fibrinogen degradation products, various fibrin degradation products and fibronectin that co-exist in specimens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
