PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spatial open feeling, and to satisfy seating occupant's taste. SOLUTION: The sunshade covers sun roofs 10Fl, 10Fr, 10Rl, 10Rr formed on a vehicular roof 15 from a vehicular cabin inner side with sunshade main bodies 8Fi, 8Fr, 8Ri, 8Rr. On the vehicular cabin inner side of the roof 15, a coupling portion 6 coupling roof side rails 3 provided on the roof 15 side between a front seat and a rear seat is provided.
