摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent easy liquid leakage and to prevent damage of each artery when infusing a cardioplegic solution into a coronary artery with heartbeat temporarily stopped or infusing liquid for preventing spinal cord damage into an intercostal artery on aortic valve replacement. <P>SOLUTION: A flange 5 is provided on the downstream end in a liquid flow direction of a tube member 2 through which the liquid is induced. A contact member 3 made of a foamed resin material is provided on the flange 5. A through-hole 6 communicating with a flow channel 4 of the tube member 2 is provided on a contact member 3. A contact surface 7 of the contact member 3 is brought into contact with inner membrane tissue around an opening C on a central side of the coronary artery so as to seal a space between the tube member 2 and the coronary artery A when infusing the cardioplegic solution into the coronary artery A. The contact surface 7 of the contact member 3 is brought into contact with inner membrane tissue around an opening on a central side of the intercostal artery so as to seal a space between the tube member 2 and the intercostal artery when infusing the liquid for preventing spinal cord damage into the intercostal artery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
