PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in fixing property and high temperature offset resistance and blocking resistance, and excellent in developing property. SOLUTION: In the toner containing at least the binder resin and the colorant, the binder resin contains a polyester resin component and a vinyl resin component at a mass ratio of 90:10 to 50:50 and the toner contains a binder resin component insoluble in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at 5 to 40 mass%, and has a low molecular peak between the molecular weight 3,000 to 20,000 and a high molecular peak between 50,000 to 5,000,000, respectively, by at least one or more in the GPC molecular weight distribution of the THF soluble component of the toner.
