PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue collection bag capable of easily opening an opening part without the need of a large-scale exclusive implement. SOLUTION: The tissue collection bag is used for taking out various kinds of the tissues of an organ or the like having a lesion to the outside of a body in an endoscopic surgery, an elastic ring 2 is disposed to the opening peripheral edge part of a bag body 1 made of plastic, and the opening part of the bag body 1 is opened by the elastic force of the elastic ring 2. Further, projection lines 4 and 5 extended from one end of the opening peripheral edge part through the bottom part of the bag body 1 to the other end of the opening peripheral edge part are provided on the side part of the bag body 1 so as to cross each other at the bottom part of the bag body 1, and the inside of the bag body 1 is also expanded after being introduced into the body.
