PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate response to a customer not by making transfer destinations of a telephone call uniform but changing the transfer destinations according to the customer when a telephone call arrives at a pilot number of a company from the customer. SOLUTION: This incoming call transfer device installed in a company has a plurality of pieces of transfer destination information when the telephone call arrives from the customer and priority information set by every customer among a plurality of transfer destinations. Thus, since the telephone call is transferred to the most suitable transfer destination for each customer according to the priority information when the telephone call arrives from the customer, the appropriate response serves as enable to performed to the customer.
