PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process highly effective wire coating by improving arrangements of each of equipment and reducing setting areas and lengths. SOLUTION: Tension is applied to a core wire "A" transmitted to a preheater 30 as a most downstream apparatus in a first line 40 through a wire coating device 50 as a most upstream apparatus in a second line 160 by a tensioner 170. A periphery of the core wire "A" supplied to the wire coating device 50 in a status with tension applied in the second line 160 is coated with a melting synthetic resin by one side of an extruding machine 51 and a cross die head.
