PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold suitable for curtailing a molding cycle time in injection molding and for suppressing a cobwebbing phenomenon and an injection molding method using the mold. SOLUTION: In the mold for injection molding, a sprue injecting a molten resin from an injection-molding nozzle into the mold has a sprue bush which has a thermal conductivity coefficient of at least 35 W/m K and in which the effective diameter of a part contacting the nozzle is preferably 1-10 mm. In the injection molding method, an injection molding machine having a heating cylinder part and the injection-molding nozzle is used, a resin material is melted by a heating cylinder part, and the molten resin is injection-molded by using the mold.
