It is intended to provide a pulse elution preparation comprising a core, which contains a physiologically active substance and a disintegrating agent, and a elution-controlling coating, which is provided outside the core to thereby coat the core and contains a water-insoluble polymer together with an enteric polymer or a water-insoluble polymer together with a water-soluble polymer, to thereby establish pulse elution, wherein sufficient pulse elution can be established particularly in the environment in the lower part of the digestive tracts having a small moisture content without increasing the content of the disintegrating agent in the core. Namely, a pulse elution preparation which comprises: 1) a core containing a physiologically active substance and a disintegrating agent; 2) an enteric coating covering the core; and 3) an elution-controlling film which is a coating covering the enteric coating covering the core and contains a water-insoluble polymer together with an enteric polymer or a water-insoluble polymer together with a water-soluble polymer.
