<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content transmitter, a content transmitting program, a content receiver, and a content receiving program which prevents unspecified many receive side apparatuses from freely reproducing encrypted contents. <P>SOLUTION: The content transmitter 1 for sending contents according to a limited reproduction system comprises an encrypted license generating means 5 for generating an encrypted license so that a first content key for encrypting the content, a second key for re-encrypting the received contents once decrypted at the receive side, and information for designating an encrypting key for re-encrypting the decrypted contents at the receive side or domain band control information concerning the method of generating the encrypting key are encrypted by a license encrypting key corresponding to a decrypting key held at the receive side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
