PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ultrasonic radar capable of reducing noise resulting from ultrasonic waves transmitted from a transmitting element to a receiving element via a substrate. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic radar 40 has a silicone substrate 10, the transmitting element 1 which is formed on the silicone and transmits the ultrasonic waves W<SB>o</SB>, the receiving element 3 which is formed on the silicone substrate 10 and receives the ultrasonic waves W<SB>i</SB>transmitted by the transmitting element 1 and a ultrasonic attenuation element 2 which attenuates oscillation of the ultrasonic waves W<SB>n</SB>which is propagated from the transmitting element 1 via the silicone substrate 10.
