PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head capable of easily making a resin surface coming into contact with an ink hydrophilic and enhancing wettability to an aqueous ink, keeping wettability for a long time, and keeping a stable discharging property, and a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: A hydrophilic polymer film 10 is formed by doing graft polymerization processing to a resin surface coming into contact with the ink by a (meth)acrylate monomer. It is preferable to apply activating processing to the resin surface coming into contact with the ink prior to the graft polymerization processing, further it is preferable to paste a nozzle plate after applying the graft polymerization processing to a nozzle plate pasting face.
