<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for formation of a colored layer with which openings can be formed in a fine pattern shape. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition for formation of a colored layer contains a pigment, a polymerization initiator, a sensitizer and a binder component and is used in formation of a red colored layer or a blue colored layer, wherein the sensitizer has a maximum absorption wavelength in a wavelength region of 340-420 nm, absorption coefficient at the maximum absorption wavelength of the sensitizer is ≥80,000 ml/g×cm, the maximum absorption wavelength of the sensitizer is larger than that of the polymerization initiator by ≥40 nm, the total content of the sensitizer and the polymerization initiator is in a range of 4-17 mass% based on the solid content of the photosensitive resin composition for formation of a colored layer, and when the mass of the polymerization initiator contained in the photosensitive resin composition for formation of a colored layer is considered to be 1, the mass of the sensitizer contained in the photosensitive resin composition for formation of a colored layer is in a range of 0.05-0.45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
