<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station apparatus with a failure analysis function for reproducing a state having been on the occurrence of a failure immediately and performing failure analysis, and dealing quickly with restoration of the failure by prestoring information necessary for failure restoration. <P>SOLUTION: When the failure is detected by a task (A); the task (A) calls a failure report function (S21), and transmits the notifying message of the contents of the occurrence of the failure to an apparatus state-related control task 22 in the failure report function (S22). The control task 22 transmits a request message for acquiring log information preceding the occurrence of the failure to a log control task 23 (S23). The control task 23 performs processing of allowing a nonvolatile memory device 16 to store each event information and periodic information stored in a volatile memory device 15 (S24).
