PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting system without laying snow on a house roof and a car roof. SOLUTION: A steel pipe 1 protected from erosion of water by sticking pitch in advance to the inside via coal tar, is stretched all over on a roof surface, and the snow is melted by warming the steel pipe 1 to a melting point or more of the snow by dropping underground water on the steel pipe 1 by a pump 3. The steel pipe is similarly laid on a hood of a car and a roof, and the steel pipe is warmed by circulating water from a radiator of the car to the pipe by a small pump, and the snow of a surface is melted by warming an outside plate of the car by the warmed steel pipe.
