PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device for a work vehicle, facilitating the operation of an instruction switch not only in a seating posture but also in standing posture. SOLUTION: The operating device for the work vehicle comprises an operating lever 14 arranged on a front side or a side of a driver's seat 71 and provided so as to move in a fore-and-aft width direction of a machine body; and the instruction switch 74 arranged at a grip portion 14a of the operating lever 14, and capable of being pressed by fingers. The grip portion 14a of the operating lever 14 is formed in a rod shape along a lateral width direction of the machine body, and provided so as to rotate around an axis X of the lateral width direction of the machine body.
