<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device with improved sensitivity and noise level that facilitates the film forming method of a clear electrode to be used in the device. <P>SOLUTION: This photoelectric conversion device is composed of the lamination of a conductive thin film, photoelectric conversion film and transparent conductive thin film stacked on the above sequence.
