<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect feeling on a surface of an object, transmit the feeling to a remote place to be reproduced, while detecting operation information such as an operation direction and operation variable. <P>SOLUTION: This tactile device is provided with a permanent magnet 11 generating a magnetic field and a coil 12 arranged in the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 11. The coil 12 is secured at a lower end part of an operation bar 15.
