PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based laminated film excellent in flexibility, excellent in various properties such as followability to a curved surface and scratch resistance, and suitably used for applications of decorative adhesive films including marking films, industrial adhesive films, decorative films such as decoration sheets, and the like. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based laminated film is obtained by forming the following layers (a) and (b) in this order on one side of a polyolefinic resin film having a tensile modulus of 100-1,200 MPa. The layer (a) is the one consisting of a cured product of a composition containing at least either of a polycarbonate polyurethane resin and an acrylic-modified polycarbonate polyurethane resin, and the layer (b) is the one consisting of a cured product of a composition containing an acrylic copolymer, a polycaprolactone polyol and an isocyanate crosslinking agent.
