PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact packaging bag feeder having a simple structure which is capable of easily supplying a bag even when a bag storage unit is arranged behind the feeder, and suitable for a small number of the packaging works. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag feeder 10, a bag storage unit 11 capable of storing a plurality of packaging bags is arranged behind a base, and a bag take-out mechanism having a rear part suction mechanism capable of changing the downward posture and a forward posture is provided above the bag storage unit 11. The bag storage unit 11 comprises slide guide units 24, 25 arranged along the longitudinal direction of the base, a slide tray 12 which can be drawn forward along the slide guide units 24, 25 and place a plurality of bags in a flat stacked state, and a rear side regulation unit 19 capable of adjusting the depth of the slide tray 12 and side face regulating units 15, 16 capable of adjusting the width in the right-to-left direction.
