Device comprises a first end of the rail (3), which is connected with the inclined element at a preset height over the surface of the base (1) in a hinge-joint (4) . The supporting organ permits a movement of the rail between two stable final positions. In the first position the two ends of the rail rest on the base and in the second position the rail finds itself in a position such that the second end is at least on the height of the first end. A supporting unit is arranged, which forms a connection between a point on the inclined element and a point between the two ends of the rail. An independent claim is also included for bicycle storage.
