CONTAINER STRUCTURE WITH BARRIER MATERIAL LAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container structure with a barrier material layer for reducing the discharge amount of a permeation fuel from a bolt mounting hole as to the structure of a container such as a fuel tank having a flange which is molded by the pinch-off part of a blow molding die and where the bolt mounting hole is bored. SOLUTION: This blow molded fuel tank 1 which is in a multi-layer cross-section structure including a barrier material layer 1C, an inner thermoplastic resin layer 1A and an outer thermoplastic resin layer 1F positioned inside and outside of the layer 1C is structured to be mounted on a bracket 4 by a bolt B through a flange 2 molded by a pinch-off part. A thin part 5 is partially formed in the flange 2 by compressing the multi-layer cross-section structure and a bolt mounting hole 3 for the bolt B to go through the part 5 is bored.
