PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor console mounting structure capable of fixing a floor console to a parking brake lever so as to obtain a constant space quantity while restraining the number of parts. SOLUTION: In this floor console mounting structure, a bracket 32 for fastening a console is provided to a base member 7 of a lever device 6, and a console 20 is fastened by the bracket 32. Thereby, dispersion generated when the floor console 20 is mounted to a floor portion 2a is united into only the dispersion when the lever device 6 is mounted to the floor portion 2a, so that variation of dispersion is suppressed, and right and left spacesδ1,δ2 of the parking brake lever 5 are made constant.
