WORKING MACHINE MAINTENANCE WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
摘要

It is possible to accurately predict a service life of a working machine and establish an appropriate overhaul plan at an early stage. A first service life prediction unit (311) predicts a service life of a main part such as an engine according to an actual abrasion state. A second service life prediction unit (312) predicts a service life of the same part according to the accumulated load amount. An order setting unit (320) selects the shorter one from the two predicted service life values and sets priority of the overhaul in the ascending order of the predicted service life values. An overhaul schedule generation unit (330) generates a schedule D1 according to the priority. Contents of the schedule D1 is judged by a judgment unit (340) and corrected by a correction unit (341) if necessary. According to the corrected schedule D1a, a planning unit (350) generates an overhaul execution plan D2 or the like. After the overhaul work, the part state is inspected and the inspection result is reflected in the respective service life prediction units (311, 312).
