PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for failure in downloading music data. SOLUTION: For example, when a viewer instructs an IRD to purchase a music C in a timing t0 of a 6-th transmission state of music data, normally 7th music data to be sent are downloaded. If downloading of the 7th music data is failed, 8th music data are again downloaded. Then a timing at which a viewer can instruct downloading of music data that are sent once before the final music data is set as a purchase limit time by using an elapsed time from a program start time, while the music data transmission for the one round prior to the final time is used for 2nd downloading for each music. |
