PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the distribution of a magnetic field is distorted by being influenced by a member of a casing formed of a conductive material to make an additional leakage magnetic field measure member necessary. SOLUTION: By holding a heating coil 1 by a heating coil holding part 7 of a conductive member installed under and beside the heating coil and by reducing the magnetic field generated by the heating coil, a magnetic shielding effect is obtained in a part of the heating coil holding part.
