摘要

The method involves configuring a monitoring platform to signal a start/beginning of an atomic section for the subscriber in response to detection of an event and an end of the section in response of another event. A request for interrupting communication from the subscriber is processed by examining if the section is in progress depending on the starts/beginnings and ends of the section signaled by the platform. The monitoring platform detects identified events in a session of a service in progress for the subscriber via an access network. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an on line services control system (b) a software agent for an online service developer comprising of commands to perform the method.
