The system has a rotor incorporated with plates carrying hammers and arranged for moving a grid bend at angle of 180 degrees. The grid has a housing that has semicircular portions on both sides fixed to the chassis of the mill, such that the semicircular portions are arranged with respect to the rotor shaft. A bolt is used to fix the plates carrying the hammers to the rotor shaft. Corresponding curved supports are used for fixing the semicircular portions of the housing to the sides of the grid on the rotor shaft. A turning unit is also provided to turn the rotor shaft.
