An oral paracetamol water soluble powder composition is provided to contain highly concentrated paracetamol, show excellent solubility in mineral water and excellent stability in products as well as the mineral water. The oral paracetamol water soluble powder composition comprises paracetamol, glucose and at least two ingredients selected from the group consisting of Na3PO4, ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid, and polyethyleneglycol-4000. The composition ratio of the ingredients of the composition is 5-40 wt.% of the paracetamol, 3-87.5 wt.% of the glucose, 5-40 wt.% of the Na3PO4, 0.5-5 wt.% of the ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid, and 2-12 wt.% of the polyethyleneglycol-4000.
