A flat panel type catalytic reactor is provided to easily control heat of a catalytic reactor having a granule type catalyst, and simplify a manufacturing process by forming a micro screen in various forms. An upper plate(200) has an inflow pipe(205) for receiving a fluid. A preheating plate(210) is laminated on one side of the upper plate, having an inflow port(212) at a position corresponding to the inflow pipe, an outflow port(214) forming a through-hole with the inflow port in a thickness direction, communicating with the inflow port, and a plurality of heat exchange fins(217) at an intermediate area of the inflow port and the outflow port in a movement direction of a fluid. A first intermediate plate(220) is laminated on one side of the preheating plate, having an outflow port(225) which is through formed, with slots(227) at a position corresponding to the outflow port of the preheating plate. A first reaction plate(230) is laminated on one side of the first intermediate plate, having an inflow port(234) at a position corresponding to the outflow port of the first intermediate plate, an outflow port(232) forming a through-hole with the inflow port in a thickness direction, communicating with the inflow port. A second intermediate plate(240) is laminated on one side of the first reaction plate, having an outflow port(242) through which is formed, with slots at a position corresponding to the outflow port of the first reaction plate. A second reaction plate(250) is laminated on one side of the second intermediate plate, having an inflow port(252) at a position corresponding to the outflow port of the second intermediate plate, an outflow port(254) forming a through-hole with the inflow port in a thickness direction, communicating with the inflow port. A lower plate(270) is laminated on one side of the second reaction plate, having an outflow pipe(275) with slots at a position corresponding to the outflow port of the second reaction plate. Catalysts(235) are placed in a space formed by the through hole of the first reaction plate, and the first and second intermediate plates, and in a space formed by the through hole of the second reaction plate, the second intermediate plate, and the lower plate. |
