The intake ventilator having a self-acting aeration regulator especially for fixing on a window frame (1) has an outer scoop (2). The scoop has a guard (3). The cross section of the bowl of the guard is shaped like an ellipse fragment. Both ends of the scoop have closings (5). The scoop is covered with a shaped net (4). Between the guards there is the diaphragm (7) of the self-acting aeration regulator. The diaphragm is rotary hung on axles (6). The second part of the intake ventilator is a hand-operated aeration regulator (10). The hand-operated aeration regulator has a body which consists of the housing of the drive (11), the seat of rotation axle (12) and a panel (13) which connects the two elements. There is a hinged diaphragm (15) inside the body. The hinged diaphragm has inserts (16) and rotation axles (17) on its both ends. The driving of the diaphragm is realized by means of strings (23) which rotate a drum having a spool (22). The drum has a screw line (21) cut on its body. The rotation of the drum sets a slide (20) in motion and as the result of this the lip of the slide sets the diaphragm in motion.
