<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method capable of removing the position component of linear movement from the force of output generated by a motor to linearize the output of a stepping motor. <P>SOLUTION: The system for linearizing the output of the stepping motor comprises a controller for supplying the input of force to the motor; a means for determining the position of the motor following the movement between continuous increment steps; a means for converting a position error to the request of the force of the output; and a means for calculating a motor voltage pattern for generating the force requested at the current motor position, and hence for removing the position component of the linear movement from the force of the output generated by the motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
