PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily arrange balls at generally equal intervals by a rather simple device without allowing a worker to touch the balls. SOLUTION: In this ball arrangement method for ball bearings, the plurality of balls 3 are arranged at generally equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the balls. A magnet 5 is positioned in proximity to a raceway surface space k between the inner and outer rings 1, 2. A magnetic field is given to the raceway surface space k to induce magnetic poles in the balls 3 rollably interposed between the inner and outer rings 1, 2.
